OROVILLE, Calif - Las Plumas High School in Oroville has new changes for their band students for the fall semester and students are remaining positive.
“I’m really excited to see how this year is going to turn out," said band member Alanah Hancock. "It’s going to be really different than what we are used to but I think we have some things figured out and we are going to make it work.”
“Improvement on myself and everything I do because it is a big change having to go from being in person to having to work online so I feel like just improving on that,” said band member Jullianne Diaz.
Las Plumas Oroville band director Michael Walker said that they will be using an interactive online format called “smart music.”
And with the new changes comes new challenges.
