Iowa Gov. Reynolds said Thursday that all but one school district in Iowa has implemented a return to learn plan that follows state law.

DES MOINES, Iowa – Iowa Gov. Reynolds said Thursday that all but one school district in Iowa has implemented a return to learn plan that follows state law.
Reynolds said Des Moines Public Schools is the only school that hasn't implemented a plan.
"My hope is we can bring them in compliance with a return to learn plan. I'm hoping that's what we are able to accomplish that," she said.
High school sports for the Des Moines public schools, the largest district in the state, have been suspended due to going 100 percent online learning.
A judge on Tuesday denied an injunction requested by the Des Moines Public School District to allow its students to begin the 2020-21 school year virtually.
